(Click on Post To View Report) After Pastor Steve Jacobs preached the morning message yesterday, 31 Aug 14, at First Landmark Baptist Church in Clarksville, a special Mortgage Burning Ceremony was held to celebrate paying off the $28,000 loan that was taken out to purchase the property needed to build a new mission in Ibarra, Ecuador.  Brother Edgar Rubio, missionary to Ibarra, and his congregation in Ibarra were Skyped onto the big screen at First Landmark and both churches celebrated the mortgage burning together.  In answers to much prayer, love offerings poured in and the loan was paid off in just a little over 2 years!   Now plans are underway to design and build the new church on this site, and a new goal will be set to help fund this effort.  Please continue to be in prayer for Brother Edgar and his followers in Ibarra as they set out to preach the Good News of the Gospel and make even more disciples throughout Ecuador!
